1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Usually, our MOQ is 1*20GP container, and you could mix different items into the container.
But if you are our new customer, you could buy some samples for test in LCL.

2. What is your delivery time?

It depends on your order quantity; it usually takes 35-45 days upon receipt of  your 30% deposit by T/T.

 3. What is your payment terms?

(1) T/T, 30% in advance, balance against B/L copy.
(2) Irrevocable letter of credit at sight.

(1) There are 0.5% spare parts of the total amount what we can support  to you for free.
(2) The warranty of all our fitness products is 1 year.
(3) The warranty of treadmill motor is 2 years.
